Dr. Kerry Deyo founded Upstate Chiropractic and Wellness in 2019 with a goal of serving the active population of Albany. She believes in combining traditional chiropractic techniques with soft tissue techniques and rehabilitative exercise to get her patients out of pain and back to doing what they love, while decreasing the chance of re-injury.
Dr. Deyo is a native to the Albany area and graduated from Bethlehem Central High School. In 2008 she graduated from the College of Charleston cum laude. Dr. Deyo went on to attend New York Chiropractic College where she was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Honors Society. In December 2016 she graduated with honors and was additionally awarded the Clarence N. Flick Memorial Award for scholarly research. She has earned certifications in Active Release Techniques (ART - Full Body Certified), RockTape, ConnecTX, Webster Technique, and Advanced Sports Science/Human Performance. Dr. Deyo has worked with a variety of athletes including the Albany Knicks Rugby team, the Elmira Pioneers Baseball team and the athletes at the Lake Placid Ironman. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her dogs and her family.
